Ready to build the bike of your dreams, but not sure where to start? Our Custom Bike Consultation service is your first step toward a ride that's perfectly tailored to you. We'll work with you one-on-one to understand your riding style, goals, and budget. Our experienced staff will help you navigate the world of frames, components, and accessories to create a bike that fits you like a glove and performs exactly as you need it to. What to Expect: Personalized Discussion: We'll sit down with you to discuss everything from your riding experience and physical measurements to the types of terrain you'll be riding and your aesthetic preferences. Component Selection: We'll provide expert advice on different components, including frames, drivetrains, wheels, and more, explaining the pros and cons of each to help you make informed decisions. Budget Planning: We'll help you create a realistic budget and find the best value for your money without sacrificing performance or quality. Whether you're looking for a high-performance road bike, a rugged mountain bike, or a comfortable commuter, our consultation ensures your custom build is an investment in a bike you'll love for years to come. ** Should you choose to partner with Untz and Boltz to build the bike of your dreams, this consultation fee will apply to the build of the bike if the build is started after 30 days or less of the original consult. **
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking your appointment. Please double-check the date, time, and service to ensure they are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through the link provided in your confirmation email. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have a limited time for each service and want to ensure every client receives the full attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full service, and a late cancellation or no-show fee may apply. 4. Privacy & Security Your personal and payment information is kept secure and confidential. We use a trusted third-party booking and payment processor to handle all transactions. Your information will not be shared with any unauthorized parties.
